Internet Safety Community Program – Reduce your risk of Identity Theft, Scams and Fraud

Internet Safety – Cybercrime affects everyone and comes in all shapes and sizes. Many do not do everything they can to protect themselves. Prevention is straightforward – when armed with a little technical advice and common sense, many attacks from hackers and viruses can be avoided. In general, criminals are trying to make their money as quickly and easily as possible. The more difficult you make their job, the more likely they are to leave you alone and move on to an easier target. Therefore, it is recommended that you use several methods of security instead of relying on just one.

Registration required. Please complete a separate form HERE for each particpant. Call the Library at 401-846-1573 ext. 4 for assistance.
