The Town of Middletown has purchased and is renovating a new building to become the future home of the Middletown Public Library.
The Waves of Giving Campaign is a community effort to help bring the new library fully to life by supporting furnishings, equipment, technology, and program enhancements that will serve residents of all ages.
Through this campaign, community members can help ensure that the new library opens ready to support learning, creativity, and connection from day one.

What the New Library Will Offer:
The new library building will allow the Middletown Public Library to expand services and create spaces that simply are not possible in the current facility.
• A vibrant Children’s Room and Children’s Program Room
• A dedicated Teen Center and Teen Gaming Room
• An Innovation Center for hands-on learning and creative technology
• Flexible meeting and gathering spaces
• Quiet study and work areas
• Outdoor spaces for community programs and events
Inside the Future Library:
The new library will provide welcoming spaces for reading, studying, creative exploration, and community gatherings.
From comfortable browsing areas to dedicated spaces for children and teens, the building has been designed to serve the needs of the entire community.
Children’s Learning Spaces:
The new Children’s Room will be designed to support early literacy, exploration, and learning through play.
A dedicated Children’s Program Room will allow the library to expand storytimes, family programs, and hands-on learning opportunities.
